Happy Birthday Banners with a Theme

The banners have been especially popular this year. I only wish I had more time to make them. As of today I have two left in my shop. A couple of months ago I was given the task of making 15 banners for a custom order. I finished all of the banners and have enough leftover fabric to make another set. Below are all 15 banners. Eventually I will be making their double to sell in the shop. Until I get to that point you can browse the options here and ask for one made to order, if you want one before I list them. Custom Fabric Happy Birthday Banners

Recently I was given the task of making 15 happy birthday banners for a custom order. It was a lot of fun picking out the fabric for each of this person's themes so I was really excited to see all of it in person. The fabric for these banners arrived yesterday and I am loving so many of them.

I was especially happy she chose a combo that included Sarah Jane's Children at Play line she did for Michael Miller. Her fabric line makes the cutest little girl dresses so I expect it will make a cute banner too.

Amongst this pile of fabric were 2 very modern forest theme fabrics. I had this idea ahead of time to decorate my future nursery, now I found the fabric that matches what was going on in my brain.

I expect to paint trees like that onto the wall and then the decor will include cutesy animals. I've always loved the forest, but I love a very modern, colorful type of design, so I'm happy to find fabrics that match my interests.

Now to convince my husband that our nursery will not be full of Jack Skellingtons.

A Quick Little Update

I've been working on a ton of new Happy Birthday fabric banners to put up in my shop. I just finished photos today, although I may modify those some more before listing them.

In the mean time I'm continuously listing new baby bibs everyday. So far the 2 most popular choices have been my new twins set and the Easter Bunny Bib.

Party!!

Recently Etsy removed the limit to the number of treasuries that were allowed to be created. You used to have to wait by your computer and when one became available, you had to click as quickly as possible to be sure you got it. Now with the unlimited number of treasuries allowed on the site I decided it was high time I created one. In honor of my new birthday banners I decided to stick with the party theme and created the Party!!! treasury. Here are a few of the wonderful items included in this lovely list.

Sneak Peak!

Happy Birthday Banners!

I know there are a lot of them on Etsy, but I'm convinced I've outdone many of the fabric banners available on there. Besides that I love my choice in fabric patterns (but what crafter wouldn't say that), the top stitching on each triangle adds to their durability. Everything is hand cut including the letters. Each letter is then sewn down, preventing them from peeling up in humid climates. Should it ever need to get washed the triangles and letters will stay in place. Plus the font choice adds character to the banner.

I am currently working on a few birthday banner designs. Each design will be versatile enough to use at both adult and children's parties. I am also happy to create a custom banner with any words or names. Some ideas include Party, Congratulations, Welcome or (Child's Name) Room.  My rate is $3 a triangle with a letter and $2 a triangle without a letter.
